Claude · Training + Build

Two days.
Real business work.

Use your own business as the brief. Short demonstrations lead into practical exercises, then a focused hands-on build.

Day 1 · 9:30am–3:30pm Sydney (AEDT)

Use Claude with confidence.

01

Set up for your business

Understand Claude, check privacy settings and turn a business task into a clear, reusable brief.

Make: your Claude setup and briefing card.

02

Work with your files

Create a Project, work with files and Artifacts, analyse a spreadsheet and draft a team presentation.

Make: a business Project, chart and presentation outline.

03

Build repeatable habits

Create a campaign draft, set review rules, map an assistant workflow and try a small coding exercise.

Make: reusable instructions, content drafts and a build brief.

Day 2 · 9:30am–3:30pm Sydney (AEDT)

Choose a build. Work through it.

Set up your Project and privacy rules, test your instructions, then focus on one primary business use case with the trainer. Access to your own tools and suitable accounts may be needed.

Social content

Create a seven-day content calendar, captions, media briefs and a practical scheduling path.

SEO & website content

Draft a service or suburb page, FAQs and structured data, with a review and publishing checklist.

Campaigns & follow-up

Build ad copy, landing-page copy, email and SMS drafts around a single offer.

Connected assistant

Set instructions, connect an appropriate tool and test a useful workflow with clear approval rules.

Lead response

Map capture, qualification, assignment and follow-up. Test a first response or safe demonstration.

Small web tool

Build a focused intake, quote or checklist tool. Run test cases and document how to use it.

Leave with something you can use.

A tested primary output, a named owner and a seven-day action plan — not a promise to automate your whole business in one afternoon. Publication, paid ads and external sends stay under your approval.

Come prepared

Bring one real task.

A laptop, access to Claude and redacted business examples. Some exercises require paid software or existing access to your website, CRM or social accounts.
